About the Artist
David “Tokkar” Watson has been involved with art in one medium or other ever since he was old enough to grasp one of those large, child-proof crayons and scribble on colored construction paper. Drawing, sculpting, carving, painting, photographing, filming, or moving a mouse pointer around a computer screen, he’s brought his creations to life for over 40 years, but he has found a home with his World of Warcraft® characters, Tokkar and Jekk.
Now that the story of the intrepid Impossible Quest Force (IQF) has run its course within “Tales from the Crossroads”, he finds that he’s become rather wistful of his two favorites – the characters that truly gave “Tales” its soul; thus, “Tokkar & Jekk – The Early Years” was 
born.
David continues to create other works, including “Kindred Spirits”, a dramatic World of Warcraft® graphic novel…that is, when he’s not whipping up a culinary masterpiece for his “Cookin’ With the Captain” segment of “Making Waves TV”, filming community activism, composing music, or simply settling down for a nice, quiet, relaxing raid with his guildmates.
David resides in the San Francisco Bay Area with his wife, Kellia, and their furry-terror-on-four-legs Silver Tabby/ Maine Coon cross, Zoey.
